Where do the bills come from?
From each county’s own tax database, pulled every night. We do not buy data from resellers and we do not ask you to upload bills, though you can upload a county PDF or a client’s export when you have one.
What happens when a bill looks wrong?
It is held back from every total and reaches your inbox with the check that failed, in plain words. Nothing is accepted automatically unless it adds up to the cent, matches its parcel and sits within 5% of last year’s bill.
Do you pay the bills?
No. retrieve-IQ tracks, checks and reports. Payments stay with you and your clients.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Yes: a command line, a GraphQL API with keys scoped per client, an MCP server for Claude and other AI assistants, a nightly file to your SFTP server or storage bucket, calendar links for Outlook and Google, and exports in CSV, Excel and PDF.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the California beta. When paid plans start, they will be priced by the number of parcels, with no charge per user, and beta firms will hear first.
